Bovec

Bovec is a small town in the Littoral region in northwestern Slovenia. Dip your feet and refresh yourself at the Boka Waterfall, the highest waterfall in Slovenia at a vertical drop of 106 meters. The waterfall is situated five kilometers from Bovec. Visit Kluze fortress, ruins of a 17th-century fortress built by the Austrians in 1882. The museum inside the fortress gives an insight into the turbulent history during that period. Take a Kanin Cable Car to Bovec Kanin Ski Centre and enjoy the picturesque views of the region. Go for a hike at the beautiful Soca Valley surrounded by pristine mountains, gorgeous lakes, and deep valleys.
