Sossusvlei

Sossusvlei is a salt and clay pan situated in the Namib Naukluft National Park in Southwestern Namibia. Sossusvlei is famous for its striking large red sand dunes and is Namibia’s most popular tourist destination. Climb Dune 45, the most photographed dune that is 170 meters tall and is composed of red sand from the Kalahari Desert.
